• The room rate is determined by the number of occupied beds
• Extra bed available
• Children under two years of age stay free of charge in their own crib or ours (without a bed)
• We strongly ask guests not to consume any food or beverages other than plain water in their rooms; the dining room is available for meals and beverages until 11:00 p.m. If a room is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
• On weekdays, check-in is available two hours before the start of group events; generally from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, check-in is also available two hours before the start of the spiritual program.
• If necessary, appointments may be made outside of these designated hours by prior telephone arrangement, subject to a fee in accordance with the current price list.
• Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure; later check-out is possible only by prior arrangement for a fee of 100 CZK per person.
• Event participants without accommodations pay an administrative fee of 100 CZK per person per day.
• A fee of 1,000 CZK per key and chip will be charged for lost keys and chips. If you forget to return your key and key fob to us, please contact us and return them as soon as possible, either in person or by mail; you can send us the key and key fob you left behind at the end of your stay via registered mail.
